How does payment work?

We run on an automated recurring payment system. Your payment will be charged automatically on the same day every month, depending on the day you make your first membership payment. For example, if you sign up on the 30th, you will be charged on the 30th of every month moving forward

Do I to pay now or closer to the actual start date of the contract?

Our only requirement is that you pay before your contract start date; i.e., if you are planning to start on October 1st, you can pay any time between acceptance and September 30th; whatever works best for you.

Your payment date will not impact your contract start or end date. If you have paid several days early and choose to end your membership with us; the payment renewal will be cancelled but your membership will continue until your contract end date.

Example: You pay on September 20th for a start date of October 1st. Later you decide to end your membership and provide your one month notice on December 1st for an end date of January 1st. We will cancel the payment before it renews on December 20th, but your membership still continues until the contract end date of January 1st.
