Termination Policy

(Please Read Carefully)

• Your membership renews on either the 1st or the 15th of each month, depending on your contract start date.

• To terminate your membership, a full one-month notice must be submitted prior to your next scheduled renewal date.

Examples:

• If your membership started on February 1, your renewal date is the 1st of each month.

• If your membership started on February 15, your renewal date is the 15th of each month.

• To cancel before your next renewal, you must submit this form at least one full month in advance of your renewal date.

Submitting this form after the 1st or 15th (whichever applies to your contract) means your membership will continue through the following renewal period.

Failure to follow the proper cancellation process will result in all products being
removed from the shop floor — even if the current month has already been paid.
Items will not be reinstated until all outstanding balances are cleared.
